Miss Maple Fox

Maple came to us from Paige Franklin's Reminiscent English Shepherds in Oregon. We called her "Lightning Girl" for the first few weeks. She is very petite for an English Shepherd--weighing just under 50 pounds. She is a clear sable out of a black and tan dam and clear sable sire. Paige breeds for therapy work. Her dogs are very affectionate and very much English Shadows. Maple is true to her bloodlines! She is very playful, tolerant of the younger children, and sweet. She is every inch the lady. Maple is also the most "on-the-job" of our dogs. She guards the chickens, is very aggressive toward woodchucks and predator birds, and is always very alert.
